For single-session bookings, refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.

When cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe and meets eligibility conditions.

 

Partial Refund or Credit:

You may be eligible for a refund if:

 

You cancel a class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

 

You have not attended any classes in a class pass or membership package.

 

You experienced a technical error (e.g., double charge).

 

The class was canceled by us and rescheduling isn't possible.

 

You suffer a documented medical condition preventing continued participation.

 

 

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

 

No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours)

 

Expired or partially used class passes or memberships

 

Dissatisfaction due to personal preferences (e.g., music style or instructor)

 

Failure to use purchased classes before expiration

 

Classes missed due to internet issues (for online classes) not caused by our platform
